A. Any individual or faculty or classes or Institute or any entity who is competent enough to train onrelevant specialisation may register as an Acharya. Age limit and similar factors will be adhered to according to the Indian laws and Information Technology Act, 2000. An individual above 18 years of age may register as aAcharya.

A. If you have not received the OTP please click on the RESEND OTP button. If you are not yet getting the OTP then please check the Mobile Number you have entered while registering.In case, if your mobile number is correct and yet you are not getting an OTP then send an email to support@staracharya.com

A. Please check the size of thephoto being uploaded. Make sure the format is either JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDFand file size is below 2 MB.Once the photo is uploaded, it will be visible after your profile is approved. In case, if you are still not able to upload your photo then send an email to support@staracharya.com

A. AnAcharya’ profile will be approved within a maximum span of 10 working days.

A. You may click on “Edit profile” and update the contact information.

A. StarAcharya provides eight broad categories – Academics & Competitive Exams, Sports, Health, Wellness & Fitness, Music and Dance, Art & Craft, Career Development, Information Technology and Linguistics.

A. In the Specialization field type the area of your specialization and select the most appropriate or nearest relevant specialization or connect with support@staracharya.com for further details.

A. Click on “I am an Acharya” button on the Home Page. Click on “Register with Us” button. Enter your details on the Acharya Registration page and click on submit.

You will receive an email for verification your email address. Verify your email, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming the receipt of your details. As next step you will receive a verification call from StarAcharya within 10 working days. Post this your profile will be approved and made visible.

If you are a registered Acharya then please Login using your username and password. Once you are logged in you can navigate to the profile page and enter the appropriate data and click on submit. You will be able to view the profile once it has been approved.

A. Yes. It is recommended that you select the specializations in order of your capabilities to enable better visibility and search results. It is recommended that you select not more than 10 specializations.

A. StarAcharya provides Acharya’ to upload a video profile, photos of their achievements, events and activities, documents regarding tutorials, assignments and brochures, a background banner for branding, links to their social media sites such as FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. It also offers ‘STATUS' feature where Acharya’ can update their latest photo. Apart from this Acharyas can also avail Membership Plan (Click to know more).

A. Yes, you may do so. However; all responses either from the Acharya or from the learner will be reviewed and approved before being published.

A. Acharyas can increase their visibility by updating their complete profile on StarAcharya. Acharyas maysubscribe to Membership Plan to leverage various featured and personalized options to maximize their visibility and reach out learners in an efficient and effective manner.

StarAcharya provides ‘STATUS' feature to all the Acharyas to connect pro-actively with their Users, you can update about your upcoming seminar /webinar/ batch, etc there.Acharyas may subscribe to Membership Plan to leverage various featured and personalized options to maximize their visibility and reach out users in an efficient and effective manner.

A. StarAcharya neither deals with any financial transaction nor is responsible for any financial transaction between the Acharya and learner/s or vice-versa.
