A. To validate and confirm your Registration or Login so that you can access StarAcharya User dashboard.

A. Please check the Mobile Number you have entered by registering. In case, your mobile number is correct and you are not getting an OTP, send an email to support@staracharya.com

A. Please check the size of the image being uploaded. Kindly upload photos with less than 2MB file size. Make sure the format is either JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF. Once the photo is uploaded it will be visible once your photo is approved. In case, if you are still not able to upload your photo then send an email to support@staracharya.com

A. In the StarAcharya “search engine” box, type the training you are looking for. For instance, if you are looking for ‘Marathon’, type ‘Marathon’ in search engine box and click on search and you will be able to view all the Marathon trainers. Please click on the Acharya’ profile as seen on your screen.

A. By default, when you search for the Acharya it will show you the Acharyas in the location that you have stated as your Primary Location while registering. Also, you have the option of providing a Location in the Search box for searching for trainers in other locations.

A. Depicted below are the ways for your reference:

• You can write and submit a Review for a particular Acharya
• You can rate and see a particular Acharya on three performance categories (Knowledge, Delivery and Responsiveness)

A. Registered Users can Search and Contact the Acharyas directly using the information available with StarAcharya

A. StarAcharya does not charge users for accessing the website and Acharya information.

A. StarAcharya neither deals with any financial transaction nor is responsible for any financial transaction between the Acharya and user/s or vice-versa.

A. Users can know about the latest updates with regards to upcoming seminars or webinars or batches by following the Acharya’ profile on the user dashboard.
